You are entitled to contact us to find out the details we may hold on you.

You have the right to obtain and reuse personal data you have provided to us

We are required to correct or update your details as and when requested.

You may ask us to erase your data. 

You have the right to suppress or completely block the processing of your personal data and to object to the processing of your information for use in direct marketing.
 

Data collection and communication 

These data normally include your name, address and email address as provided to us and may also include IP address and cookies generated from any visit to our website. Data is collected from you directly and may also be via third parties. 

As an existing customer or prospective contact we will communicate with you via electronic mail (email) or via established social media channels, as required. We will also contact you in fulfilment of our relationship via postal and delivery services from time to time. It is up to you to let us know if you choose not to be in receipt of communications from us. 

You have the right to complain about the processing of your data by directly contacting us and you have the further option of complaining to the Information Commissioners Office.
 

How data is used

Primarily your data will be used to provide you with information and services or products designed to meet your needs or serve your interests. We may also process any comments made by you in public via social media.  Data is also used to complete our obligations under any contracts between you and us. As our services and products change and evolve we will notify you. Your data may be used in carrying out any necessary maintenance or improvements to our infrastructure in order to service your needs more effectively. We do not sell your personal data to outside marketers. We do share your personal data with third parties who help us to operate this website and who may from time to time help us to provide products and services to our users and customers. Some of your personal information is necessary to complete purchases or provide services otherwise impossible if you refuse to provide this information. 
 

Third parties

We will retain your information, except where disclosure is required or permitted by law. From time to time we may use third party data and service providers in order to support our service to you, but such parties are contracted to hold such data securely and not share such data unless instructed by us to do so.
 

Where your data is held

All data held and stored by us (including personal data) is stored within the European Economic Area (EEA). In the event that third parties are used in providing you with a service we request your data be treated as if it were within the EEA for confidentiality and security purposes.
 

Our data retention policy is governed by the Data Protection Laws and is available by submitting a written request. Your personal data may be deleted from our records with such requests to be submitted in writing. We will update or rectify any errors in your data upon submission of a written request.
 

In line with our commitment to transparency and in compliance with Data Protection Law, you may make a formal request at any time in writing to find out if we hold your personal data. If we hold your data, we will confirm that it has been processed and the purpose of the processing, the categories of personal data held and the type of recipient to whom your data will have been disclosed. We ask, in your own interest, that you provide identification in order to prove your identity, before we provide access to your data.

From time to time we will change and update our policy and we invite our customers and users to check for displays and notices of such changes.
